NJ Property Referrals was designed as a separate brokerage company for
those real estate licensees who do not wish to actively participate in the
listing of or sale of real estate. To become a member of NJ Property
Referrals, one must hold a current real estate license. The NJ Property
Associate works in a referring capacity only. The process is simple
because the NJ Property Referral Associate does not participate in the
listing or selling of real estate. A member's expenses are limited to the
state real estate licensing fee (plus continuing education costs) if
applicable, and the low annual membership dues of $75. NJ Property Referral Associates
enjoy the professional support of our Sales Associates in our office.
A real estate license can
be a good source of additional income. Membership in NJ Property Referrals offers an
opportunity to earn referral commissions in an easy and convenient manner.
It is also appealing as an entrée to a full time real estate career for
those who are interested....it also provides the opportunity to begin the
